Graduating Founders,
Not Just Job Seekers.
EIBIC embeds entrepreneurship, innovation and business incubation directly into university education — so students leave with a degree and a recognised entrepreneurship certification.
In collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Education agencies
Everything a Student Founder Needs to Build
EIBIC is a mandatory entrepreneurship development programme for fresh students, running concurrently with their degree across all faculties — structured around five pillars.
Leadership for Enterprise Development
Building the mindset and leadership to drive an enterprise forward.
Business Strategy & Growth
Planning, models and strategy that turn an idea into a growing business.
Startup & Business Incubation
Incubators, accelerators, mentorship and funding pathways for ventures.
Innovation & Creative Thinking
Transforming talents, hobbies and knowledge into original solutions.
Entrepreneurship Development
Practical, real-world enterprise skills from the very first year.
The EIBIC Pathway
A structured journey that turns hobbies, interests, talents and academic knowledge into viable enterprises — before graduation.
Early Exposure
The programme begins with 100-level students through orientation seminars and structured entrepreneurship sessions — building the mindset from day one.
Concurrent Learning
EIBIC activities run alongside students' degree programmes throughout their academic journey — complementing core studies, never competing with them.
Practical Entrepreneurship Training
Students are exposed to real-world business concepts, innovation strategies and hands-on startup development — learning by doing.
Incubation & Mentorship
Participants gain access to mentors, incubators, accelerators and potential funding opportunities to nurture their ideas into real ventures.
Upon completion, students receive a recognised entrepreneurship certificate alongside their academic degree — graduating with dual credentials.
From Job-Seeker to Job-Creator
By integrating entrepreneurship into university learning, EIBIC prepares students to launch ventures and generate employment — even before they graduate.
- Develop entrepreneurial mindsets — creativity and business thinking from the earliest stages.
- Bridge education and industry — skills aligned with real economic needs.
- Support startup creation — incubation, mentorship and funding to launch businesses.
- Prepare future employers of labour — graduates who create jobs, not only seek them.
A National Network, Rooted in Every Zone
The first cohort spans 14 universities,
across all six of Nigeria's geopolitical zones —
from Lagos to Maiduguri, Sokoto to Nsukka.
